  • Maintenance of membership/client database

  • Type up reports and documents
  • Create and/or maintain filing systems

Conference and Event management:

  • Pre-event support for delegate registrations, rooming lists etc.
  • Travel co-ordination, meet/greet
  • Venue management and liaison
  • Mobile Conference apps – building and management
  • Exhibition planning and co-ordination
  • AV provision and tech support
  • On-site support and troubleshooting
  • Post event evaluation and feedback
